Project: Social Media Content and Content Marketing
Challenge:
Lead generation has been a priority for Soleadify. However, for their efforts to be successful all profiles needed to be active and populated with valuable, relevant content. Any prospect who was curious about the company that was reaching out needed to land on pages that felt alive and engaging. The main challenge was that as a startup the internal team had too much to do and too little time in which to do it.
Solution:
We developed a framework that allowed us and the client to sync and plan the content ahead for all channels, from Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter, to blog articles. We helped the client build a content ecosystem that supports itself and adapts to their changing needs.
To mitigate possible bottlenecks we built a knowledge base accessible on both client and agency side that we all update regularly. This way we managed to save a lot of back and forth and avoid gaps. Since most algorithms on social media platforms love regularity, making sure Soleadify’s channel didn’t skip many beats was a priority.
